AI strategy and engineering for teams that ship.
Keller Tech is an AI and software engineering practice built on sixteen years of production experience: an AI rollout delivered across a 40-engineer org at a Fortune 50 bank, and two AI-native apps live on the App Store and Google Play. The strategy stays connected to the code.
Three ways to work together.
Engagements are hourly or project-based, sized to the problem. Every one is led hands-on from the first call through delivery, never handed down to a bench.
AI enablement and governance
Tool rollouts that stick: Copilot, Cursor, and Claude across real engineering orgs. Acceptable-use policy, code-review integration, and the training that makes adoption hold. Comfortable in regulated environments.
AI and custom software
LLM features in production, model migrations on live systems, CI/CD, and modular architectures that survive change. Built hands-on and measured by delivery output, not slideware.
Engineering leadership
Fractional leadership for growing teams: direction, hiring, and delivery metrics from leadership that stays in the code. Proven scaling a fully remote org past 120 people for Fortune 500 clients.
Who is Keller Tech?
Keller Tech brings enterprise-grade engineering to the Gulf Coast. Founded and led by Ricky Keller, the practice is built on experience delivering production software since 2010 for Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 clients.
Where the experience comes from
A decade at a global consultancy in Chicago, progressing from developer to Head of Web & Mobile Engineering for the Americas, directing 120+ engineers on apps for Fortune 500 clients. One of those apps was ranked #1 in J.D. Power's first U.S. Credit Card App Satisfaction Study.
What we have been building
Keller Tech led an AI tooling rollout for a 40-engineer org at a Fortune 50 bank, getting real teams productive with these tools inside a regulated environment. Through its studio, Banked Embers, the practice also ships two AI apps on the App Store and Google Play, designed and built end to end.
Why the Gulf Coast
Keller Tech is based in Biloxi because businesses here deserve the same quality of engineering the big markets get. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
We ship our own products too.
Keller Tech builds consumer apps through its studio, Banked Embers. The studio work keeps the consulting honest: every recommendation comes from patterns we run in production ourselves.
Reads a message thread and gives a private, plain-language reading of the communication patterns inside it. A reading, not a verdict.
A practice ground for understanding people you disagree with. Guess what the other side thinks, get a score, watch it improve.

Our data promise.
Your data is your business. Literally. So before any work starts, we put data handling in writing: what gets processed, where it goes, and who can see it.
No training on your data
When a project uses AI tools, we configure them on terms where your data is never used to train anyone's models. Where the job allows it, we go further and keep processing private or on-device entirely. Nothing leaves your control without your sign-off.
We build this way too
This isn't a policy written for consulting. Subtext, one of our own apps, reads people's most personal messages, and it was built so that reading stays private. Full stop. Client work is held to the same standard as our own products.
Tested where it counts
That AI rollout ran inside a Fortune 50 bank, where data governance isn't a promise, it's an audit. That is the bar we bring to your project, whether you're a two-person shop or a regulated business.

A couple of sentences is plenty. You will get questions from an engineer, not a sales deck.
